Fedora's Mesa packages have been built with full VA-API support to this point but now is removing H.264 / H.265 / VC1 acceleration support due to legal (patent) reasons.

Currently F37 and F38 are affected, but might be shipped for F36, too. Commit:

This really sucks, especially on lowrange and/or older mobile hardware.

Any chance to ship a proper mesa in rpmfusion?
