I try to request a scratch build by following command:
rfpkg --release f36 scratch-build --arches x86_64 --srpm
as seen on
https://rpmfusion.org/Contributors#Request_a_build
but get
"Could not execute scratch_build: invalid channel policy"
I know it should work because I did it so in the past. Has something changed?

And the package for which I try to do this is nvidia-340xx-kmod.

Scratch builds have been disabled, use mock instead.
