Bug 6486

Since mlp in the fedora repositories updated to 7.10, a dnf update fails thanks to broken dependencies.
The only package that i have installed that depends on mlt is kdenlive.

  - nothing provides libasl.so.3 needed by coin-or-Cbc-2.10.5-8.fc36.i686
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package mlt-7.8.0-1.fc36.x86_64
  - problem with installed package mlt-7.8.0-1.fc36.x86_64
