Description metatron320 2022-12-03 05:08:00 CET
Description of problem: The ffmpegthumbs package is listed as available for EL7, EL8, and EL9 in the Package Database at https://admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb/package/free/ffmpegthumbs but it does not appear to exist.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ffmpegthumbs 21.12.2

How reproducible: Every time I attempt to install the ffmpegthumbs package from the rpmfusion-free-updates repo.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf search ffmpegthumbs

Actual results:

Last metadata expiration check: 1:31:57 ago on Fri 02 Dec 2022 08:30:11 PM CST.
No matches found.

Expected results: A suitable package would be located and installed.

Additional info: I am attempting to install the EL9 package of ffmpegthumbs on an Almalinux 9 system. Per the documentation at https://admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb/package/free/ffmpegthumbs it seems like there should be ELx packages available within the rpmfusion-free-updates repo (at least I think there should be?) but no such packages appear to exist. Perhaps there is an error in the database? If they don't exist, is there a way to request that they be built?

No one has packaged it for el.

I guess I'm confused. I can see on the koji page that there do not appear to be any el packages built, but in the https://admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb/package/free/ffmpegthumbs/ listing it looks like the user "sergiomb" is listed as approving/committing el packages? That is, that page sepcifically notes that sergiomb is the person responsible for the EL8 and EL9 packages? If no el packages currently exist, what is the appropriate way to request that sergiomb build these packages? Or should the statuses for the EL7, EL8, and EL9 packages simply be removed from the system since they are never going to be built?
