This crash seems to be related to 3D Acceleration. I disabled 3D Acceleration for this VM and the crashes seem to have gone away. VirtualBox 7.0.6 build on rawhide needed a patch for gcc13 . and it is built now , can you try ? Hi Sérgio, Sorry for the delay. I tested this with VirtualBox-7.0.6-1.fc37.x86_64 and I still am seeing the crash. :( Seems like some others have seen the issue and reported upstream: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/21487 |
Created attachment 2472 [details] stacktrace I'm running Fedora 37 with VirtualBox 7.0.4-1. When starting a Fedora Rawhide guest, I'm seeing VirtualBox segfault consistently. Sometimes I'm able to boot to the Fedora login screen and log in, but other times it segfaults before it even gets there. Stack trace is attached. Thread 1 appears to be the thread that crashed.
