There is a naming conflict with fedora libheif package name which prevents it from being used in rpmfusion koji, see

I will need to untag all the rpmfusion libheif builds to fix the issue.

libheif has been retired on all branches due to libheif naming conflict which breaks koji.

I don't understand what the issue is, but if renaming the libheif package will resolve it then I'll do it for the time being.

rpmfusion koji blocks libheif as it's provided by an external repo.


  - nothing provides libheif.so.1 needed by ImageMagick-libs-1:7.1.1.4-3.fc38.i686
  - nothing provides libheif.so.1()(64bit) needed by ImageMagick-libs-1:7.1.1.4-3.fc38.x86_64


There is no way to fix this within koji.
