mythfrontend Error:

2009-06-19 22:56:48.043 No theme dir: /home/me/.mythtv/themes/neon-wide
Couldn't find theme /usr/share/mythtv/themes/neon-wide

The "/usr/share/mythtv/themes/neon-wide" directory exists and contains several themes.

Can start and run OK using the default theme.
mythfrontend -O Theme=blue

That directory shouldn't contain themes, it should contain some xml and png files. I'm assuming you meant "it contains several files".

Please also provide the output of 'rpm -qf /usr/share/mythtv/themes/neon-wide'.

I'll give this all a shot myself once I know which versions of what you're running.

Yes, should have said contains files.

$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/mythfrontend
  mythtv-frontend-0.21-20.fc11.i586

$ rpm -qf /usr/share/mythtv/themes/neon-wide
  mythtv-themes-0.22-0.4.svn.r20488.fc11.noarch

Well, there's your problem right there. You've got mythtv 0.21 and mythtv-themes 0.22-svn. Those need to both be 0.21 or both be 0.22. The repo was in a funky state at one point, which might explain how you ended up in this situation, but you've got to fix it by hand.
