forgot to add package versions

[rpjensen@lt01 ~]$ rpm -q mythtv-frontend
mythtv-frontend-0.21-19.fc10.x86_64
[rpjensen@lt01 ~]$ rpm -q pulseaudio
pulseaudio-0.9.14-3.fc10.x86_64

removing pulseaudio and it's deps will allow mythfrontend to run, pasuspender was no help before resorting to the removal.
