Google Chrome uses GNOME keyring to secure its browser in-built password manager I believe. So when user types his password on the login manager the keyring gets unlocked too for the current desktop session. However, XFCE is not registered in the session, only Unity, GNOME, and MATE are listed as the DE to have that software unlocked.

My current workaround is to manually edit the file /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.desktop and add XFCE in the line:

OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Unity;MATE;XFCE

Right now the only inconvenience on XFCE is to type the password twice, one for the session login and again for unlocking the keyring when launching Google Chrome. It'd be nice if XFCE is added on the list instead of the user having to manually edit that file every new Fedora release.
