Hi,
I am using Fedora Kinoite 40 and since 2 days I get this error message when trying to install updates:

rpm-ostree transaction failed with:
error: Loading sack: Updating rpm-md repo 'rpmfusion-nonfree-updates': cannot update repo 'rpmfusion-nonfree-updates': Yum repo downloading error: Downloading error(s): repodata/58b49ebd585a9cb53fdb6d4114d1741475d243e61ea6f0c10120be4a4f364890-primary.xml.gz - Cannot download, all mirrors were already tried without success; Last error: Status code: 404 for http://ftp.nluug.nl/os/Linux/distr/rpmfusion/nonfree/fedora/updates/40/x86_64/repodata/58b49ebd585a9cb53fdb6d4114d1741475d243e61ea6f0c10120be4a4f364890-primary.xml.gz (IP: 2001:67c:6ec:221:145:220:21:40)

Are the mirrors down or is something wrong in my Fedora installation?
I get the same type of error message for the free repo but have opened a bug-report for that one separately.
