Actually, apparently Tim Waugh has decided to remove the xml from foomatic-db.  See: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=518267

As said Orion Poplawski, this bug is solved because Tim Waugh has decided to remove the xml from foomatic-db.
