Description:
psp shrink allows you to shrink your isos to the cso format.

Why not in fedora,

This program compress iso to cso and vice-versa. Used mostly to convert Games copyrighted iso files.


Please ignore the spec file in attachment. 

The src.rpm builds on 18,19,20 (all i686 and x86_64 versions)
