aegisub - exclude ppc and aarch64 as the bundled luajit fails to build

I also added ExclusiveArch to avidemux

Adding frogatto to the list, it failed to build because of its size (around 500MB).

lightspark - build fail on ppc64 and ppc64le, added 'ExcludeArch: ppc64 ppc64le' and filed a bug upstream.

simplescreenrecorder - added ExcludeArch: %{power64}

I do not think this is relevant anymore. I could successfull build SSR 0.4.2 on Fedora 33 PPC64LE.

Please revert the arch exclusion patch
